NAUSHAHRO FEROZE (ENN) Judicial Magistrate -2 Naushahro Feroze Mr Aandal Shah has directed Senior Superintendent of Police Cap (R) Sadam Hussain Khaskheli and SHO city to appear before his court on Friday to explain illegal detention of a youn man, who was found in police custody without legal process.
Mr Shah while issuing show cause notices to police officials observed that any action against Human dignity would not be tolerated and police officials involved in Human Rights violation would face legal action.
Judicial Magistrate in his show cause notice has warned police officials, if they are found guilty then He would write IGP Sindh for legal as well as departmental action.
Mr Shah further observed that police officials were involved in grabbing money from poor people which is illegal and tentamounts strict legal action.
It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Shah has recently resumed his duty at Naushahro Feroze but seems committed to provide speedy justice to the people.
SSP and SHO are directed to appear before court on 22nd March without fail.
