SUKKUR (ENN) Legal Rights Forum (LRF) with the support of an INGO Save the Children distributed Flood Relief Items at Shikarpur and Jacobabad Districts of Sindh province.
While continuing the welfare activities to support the affected deprived flood affected community in Shikarpur and Jacobabad Districts, LRF and Save the Children boosted their relief activities and distributed more than 100 ration bags to the flood affected families. Similarly good quantity of Tents, Non Food items- NFI/House Hold Kits and Dignity kits were also distributed at village Qaim Khan Wadhiyo village of Shikarpur and Raja Abdul Qadir Khoso village of District Jacobabad on Thursday.
LRF is a Non-Governmental Organization working in various districts of Sindh Province which geared-up its Relief activities. Their partner, Save the Children (SC) is one of the leading development organisations in Pakistan implementing humanitarian and development programs with a unique focus on the needs and rights of children.
In this connection, the Deputy Director of Women Development Department – Jacobabad Khalida Soomro also took part in the distribution of Flood Relief Items at Jacobabad.
The affectees appreciated the modest way of distributing the relief items.
