Indian attack has claimed the life of an old man, while injuring and harassing the school children in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports Indian troops hit a school van in border village of AJK, resulting in the killing of van driver identified as Mohammad Sarfraz. The van was bringing back at least four students from Mandhol to their homes in the Dharamsal area, where it was targeted by Indian troops.
In a video message a girl student has been telling about the incident that their van was attacked and driver was critical condition infront them. “We were scared and informed people about the attack on our van” she further added.
Mandhol is located on the right bank of River Poonch, while Dharamsal lies on the left bank. An Indian army post is just a stone’s throw away from the highly vulnerable village. These villages are part of the Battal sector in Hajira tehsil of Poonch district.
