KARACHI (ENN) Noor Naz Agha, Member Judicial Commission of Pakistan, Advocate Supreme Court and Sindh Bar Council in her statement has extended support to SCBA’s decision to observe solidarity with with Justice Qazi Faez ISA on June 14.
She demanded Govt of Pakistan to withdraw its malafidely filed Reference before SJC, against. Justice Isa.
Ms Agha further questioned Justice Nazar Akber’s (Sindh) general conduct/attitude with member Bar/advocates and particularly with a senior counsel/advocate on 10. 04. 2019, and humbly requested Hon’ble Cheif Justice of Pakistan Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa to initiate proceedings/Reference against said Justice.
