Despite establishment of the Women Development Department offices at the regional level they are fruitless for the local communities who are unaware of the even function and functionaries of the department and the capacity of the department is itself a question being official member of the every government department they are unable to perform their role and same as Implementation of the laws with the spirit is still a dream for the women of rural Sindh due to lack of vibrant policies for the real development of the women in the shape of the most educated women in the state.
Finally all the stakeholders demaned from the government authorities to at least ensure implementation of available laws on ground and create more cussion for women to claim their rights from the respective courts.
In the end organizer of the program Anwar Ali told media that the recommendation of the respective stakeholders will be shared with the authorities for bringing reforms for development and empowerment of women in Pakistan.
