Senate chairman clarifies, Chinese not being made national language in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (ENN) Senate chairman Mian Rabbani has clarified that Chinese language is not being given status of national language in Pakistan. He said on Tuesday that the resolution was from senate only says that Chinese language may be taught in Schools.

Opposition parties on Tuesday boycotted the session amid protesting on the non-availability of the ministers in the house.

However in an answer submitted in senate it was informed that over 10 thousand Pakistani are in prisons of various countries.

House was informed that more Pakistanis were held in Saudi Arabia. It was told that legal assistance being provided to all held Pakistanis.
